- Gym Information: Gym name, business WhatsApp number, gym logo
- Member Data: Names, phone numbers, ages, addresses, admission dates, membership types, fee amounts, payment history of your gym members
- Payment Information: UPI IDs, bank account details, QR codes for payment collection
- Optional: Aadhar numbers of gym members (if you choose to collect this)
B. Automatically Collected Information:
- Usage Data: How you interact with our application
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: To enhance user experience
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- To manage your account and provide customer support
- To process payments and send transaction notifications
- To send automated WhatsApp payment reminders to your members
- To generate reports and analytics about your gym operations

However, no electronic transmission over the Internet is ever completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 2 years after closure
- Member Data: Retained as long as you maintain your subscription
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as per Indian tax regulations
- Usage Analytics: Retained for 1 year

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
